Anderson's Wireless Receiver

Andersons Wireless Receiver -  built by John Anderson, Thurso in 1898. Anderson carried out a demonstration called “Electricity and its Experiment”. This demonstration was carried out 3 years prior to Marconi’s.

David Sinclair

David Sinclair, 16 year old craft apprentice from Lybster at Dounreay, begins shaping the vice he will make as part of his tool kit.  The castings for the vice parts are supplied by Rollo Industries, East Banks, Wick.
